SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the day you place your order using USPS. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may face delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please ensure the correct address is provided at time of check out as we are not liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address you can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Kindly notify us via email at Dearkelise@gmail.com include your order number in the subject line so necessary changes can be made in a timely manner before items are shipped out. No changes will be accepted after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in new and unused condition in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt as proof of purchase. After the 14th day has gone by we can not offer a refund or exchange. To start a return, you can contact us at Dearkelise@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail back your return. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
